Vanessa partners with organizations through in-person, regional, and remote research, offering flexible support tailored to each team’s unique needs. Her work includes applying ethnographic methods alongside modern technology to better understand team dynamics—especially across remote environments. She has experience recruiting and vetting research participants, identifying meaningful patterns and themes, and analyzing data to uncover the deeper stories that inform strategic decision-making.
