Vanessa is an Organizational Anthropologist providing holistic insights for businesses interested in what drives them. Helping organizations create environments where passions can be pursued while honing tangible skill sets excites her. She provides in-person, regional, and remote research to organizations.

These projects have included utilizing ethnography and technology across remote teams, recruiting and vetting sources, theme development, and analyzing data to shed light on the story it holds.
